Summary

• Sunshine Locksmith Team ™ warrants its work to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the original date of installation.

Conditions

• All warranties are void if payment is not made when due.
• Warranties hereunder extend only to the customer and are not transferable.
• The failure to notify Sunshine Locksmith Team ™ within 48 hours of discovery of any defect shall void this warranty.
• Defects and failures from mistreatment, neglect, abuse, "acts of God", burglary, or by-pass attempt are excluded from the coverage of this limited warranty.
• This warranty will become void if the labor or materials in question have been serviced by a person other than an appointed representative of Sunshine Locksmith Team ™.
• This warranty applies only to materials provided by Sunshine Locksmith Team ™ and does not apply to materials supplied by the customer, or as otherwise indicated at the time of sale and/or on the original sales invoice.
• In the event the claim is for broken and/or malfunctioning keys, the customer must bring the keys to our office for repair or replacement, or an additional trip charge will apply.
• Guarantee only applies to quality of labor and materials, and does not apply to price.

Covered Repair Procedure

• If a defect in materials or workmanship covered by this warranty occurs, Sunshine Locksmith Team ™ will, with reasonable promptness and during normal working hours, remedy the defect.

Liability

• In no event shall Sunshine Locksmith Team ™ be held liable for theft, loss, a security compromise, or any other damage caused by any delay in remedying a defect.
• Customer’s right to repair and replacement are the exclusive remedies and Sunshine Locksmith Team ™ shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the materials provided for in this agreement.
