The Member Rewards Program entitles you to these benefits:

Annual Discounts

The current annual discounts are as follows:

50% off Matching Service

The Member Rewards Program entitles the registered card holder to receive 50% off the exact same service on the exact same locks within 1 year of the original service. This discount does not apply to the purchase of physical products such as locks and keys. The purchase of identical physical products can be discounted under the applicable 30% discount below. Discount is calculated from the current full price of the service and will not be made from previous discounts to the original invoice. “Exact same service” means the exact same trip charge, the exact same locks or more worked on, the exact same quantity of keys or more cut, performed at the exact same location. The Trip Charge will only be discounted 15%.^(*1)

25% off Matching Service

The Member Rewards Program entitles the registered card holder to receive 25% off the exact same service on the exact same locks within 2 years of the original service. This discount does not apply to the purchase of physical products such as locks and keys. The purchase of physical products can be discounted under the applicable 15% discount below. Discount is calculated from the current full price of the service and will not be made from previous discounts to the original invoice. “Exact same service” means the exact same trip charge, the exact same locks or more worked on, the exact same quantity of keys or more cut, performed at the exact same location. The Trip Charge will only be discounted 15%.^(*1)

30% off Other Products or Services

The Member Rewards Program entitles the registered card holder to receive 30% off other products or services within 1 year of a recorded purchase from Sunshine Locksmith Team. (A receipt must have been made out in the name of the original card holder's name.) The Trip Charge will only be discounted 15%.^(*2)

15% off Other Products or Services

The Member Rewards Program entitles the registered card holder to receive 15% off other products or services at any time.^(*3)

Monthly Discounts

Discount 1

The current discount for the month of February is 35% off parts and labor to install a deadbolt after the 1st full-price deadbolt install.^(*3)

Discount 2

The current discount for the month of February is 35% off parts and labor to install the Cal Lock patio bolt system on your sliding doors.^(*3)

How The Annual and Monthly Discounts Work

^(*1)To be elegible for the “50% off Matching Service” and “25% off Matching Service” discounts on the exact same service, the member card number is cross-referenced by us to find the account number within our system. The account number is then searched for all purchases made within the time frame stated on the above discount terms, and each invoice is checked to see what work was done. We then compare the invoice to the work requested. The exact same number of locks and keys will be compared. Different locks and/or doors worked on than originally will not be eligible for discount.

^(*2)To be elegible for the “30% off Other Products or Services” discount, the member card number is cross-referenced by us to find the account number within our system. The account number is then searched to see if any purchases have been made within the last 1 year period. The discount is valid if any purchase has been made under that account number.

^(*3)To be elegible for the “15% off Other Products or Services” discount or the current “Monthly Discount”, the purchaser must be in posession of a member discount card. The purchaser can elect to have the purchase recorded under the registered account number or under a new account number. If the purchase is made under a new account number, the current purchase will not count as account activity under the “50% off Matching Service”, “25% off Matching Service”, or “30% off Other Products or Services” future discounts for the actual card account. It will, however count as activity under the new account number that the purchase is made under, however a different card will then have to be used in the future to access the activity under that new account. A different card for that new account can be issued if requested.

^(*4)To be elegible for the “Free Trip Charge” and “Free Minimum Labor Charge” the purchaser must be in posession of a member discount card. The keys being copied (those already in your possession) must have our name on them, engraved or embossed by us. The truck charge will be waived if we have a driver in your area, and will be scheduled as a “fit in” — that is, when we're able to. If it is an emergency and we need to make a separate trip just to accommodate your request for keys, we will have to bill the full trip charge plus minimum labor charge, in addition to the keys cut. Sometimes “fit ins” are filled the same day, and sometimes “fit ins” take several days.

Lost Key Return

When your lost keys are found by a stranger, they can call the toll-free number and we can arrange a meeting between you and your lost keys. Or the keys can be dropped in any mailbox and we will pay to have them delivered to our address as displayed on the back of your key tag. When they arrive, we will look up your contact info registered to the key tag and call you letting you know that the keys have been found and returned.

Why Are We Offering This Program?

It is our firm belief that it costs less to retain a customer than it does to attract a new one. This program is designed to retain the customer. We consider hanging our key tag on your key ring a form of “advertising space” and therefore we are willing to discount future work for allowing us the “advertising space” on your key ring. Therefore, if you don't have your key tag card (or credit card sized one) present at the time of payment, we will neither offer, nor honor the discount.

Terms and Conditions

Some discounts may be cancelled at any time. Some products are ineligible for the discount program. The Member Rewards Program may be discontinued at any time. Discounts cannot be combined with any other special offer or discount. The Member Rewards Program card must be presented at the time of service and recorded on the invoice. Payment in full must be made at the job completion to qualify for the discount (no account terms). Writing two invoices and splitting work on one service call in order to qualify for a discount is disallowed. In some cases, one day minimum between the original full-price labor (program sign-up) and the discounted labor may be necessary. These Terms and Conditions can change at any time.
